Returns, Shipping & Exchanges

Items bought in store can be returned for in store credit within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days there will be no eligibility for returns or exchanges. If you need to exchange for a different size, please bring the product in no later than 7 days after purchase. I cannot guarantee that there will be the correct size when you bring your item to exchange.

Any items purchased online and shipped are FINAL SALE. Items purchased online and picked up in store are eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Return will be in the form of store credit only. 

Items accepted for returns:

- belts

- Bibles and notebooks (must not be opened)

- clothing

- bags/purses

- items for the home (home decor)

*Items must have original tags attached with no sign of wear, makeup, deodorant, pet lint, and does not smell like smoke. Any items that contain these elements will be rejected for return.

Items excluded for returns:

- any Trucker Hat Bar or Belt Bag Bar items

- permanent jewelry

- drinkware

- jewelry (earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, hair accessories, sunglasses)

- candles and wax melts

- shoes

- all body care products/chapstick

- all sale items

Defective Items:

I carefully inspect every item for broken parts, stains, snags, etc before selling. I value honesty when it comes to customer/seller relationships. Please reach out if an item you have purchased is defective. Cactus + Cove LLC is not responsible for defective items that were done intentionally by the customer.

Shipping:

Please carefully enter your correct shipping address. Cactus + Cove LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please ensure you are shipping your order to a safe location. Orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Date of delivery after processing is subject to mail service.
